This studio project was on choosing one specific problem in deteriorating Detroit, MI. We began with making wearables out of construction materials in order to construct a solution to our problem, mine being pollution. With 30+ superfund waste sites in Detroit, many residents found it hard to continue their life in the city. My proposal was a structure that would grow naturally and expand/spread throughout the city and dissolve pollution gradually.
